We’re excited to share with you the Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union website! Our goal is to give you a better user experience, simplify the site navigation, and make it easier for you to find the information you need. The new website is designed to be intuitive and seamlessly functional no matter what device you’re using – desktop, your smartphone, or a tablet.
Change can be good, but we realize change can be unsettling. So we created this quick guide below to highlight some of the key features we think you should know about.
Simple Site Navigation
We want to make it easy to navigate through the site and easily find the information you are looking for. That’s why we’ve simplified our site navigation. The intuitive setup will make navigating through the site a breeze.
Online Banking Login
Where is it? It is still easily accessible no matter where you are on the site. Simply click the “Login” button in the top right section and you’ll be directed to our online banking page to enter your username. That is one key change to note. You will not enter your user ID on this page, but rather be directed to the online banking portal, via new tab or window, to enter your account credentials.
You’re Online Banking experience will be unchanged. Online banking systems will be the same you’re used to once you log in.

Expanding on the simplified site navigation design, you’ll find we’ve added quick links to some of the navigation sections for fast access to highly visited information pages, such as our routing number and mobile app pages.
Help and FAQs
We’ve been focusing on making information easily accessible on the website. As part of that, we’ve been developing a library, which continues to evolve, of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). We wanted to make that information easily accessible to you and have added some FAQ sections to specific product and service pages.
As we continue to develop and refine our FAQ library, we are working on an enhanced member support feature that will be added to the site at a later date when completed. Keep an eye out for the launch of this helpful support resource.
