Hunt Valley, MD – Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) is proud to announce the recent changes to its Board of Directors, including the appointment of a new Board Chairman, as well as two new board members.
Wade Walters has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union. Wade has been a part of the AFFCU Board of Directors since 2012. Wade has an extensive background as an executive in the finance and investment fields, having managed multi-billion dollar asset backed securities investment portfolios.
Additionally, James “Jim” Crogan, Jr and Julian Terry were elected as new board members. Recently retired, Jim has an extensive law background having served as an attorney for over 36 years. Julian, an AFFCU member for over 30 years, is a project engineer with AECOM where he harnesses his civil design and engineering expertise. Both Jim and Julian volunteered to serve on the board to be an intricate part of a strong organization and give back to the credit union, while continuing to help AFFCU serve its members.
