Text Messaging
Text Message Banking enables users to receive account notifications on their text-enabled mobile phone or device. This feature serves as an important complement to browser-based mobile banking because it simplifies access to account balance and transaction information and does not require an Internet connection.
Activating your phone is simple:
Step 1 - Login and Activate
Log into Internet Banking, and look for the Mobile Banking & Alerts button. After clicking on it, find and click the Activate button.
Step 2 - Verify your phone (make sure you have it with you!)
Enter your cell phone number, and we'll send you a text message with a unique activation code that you'll need to enter to complete the process (this ensures that it's your phone number and it's in your possession). Once verified, select your preferences, and you're done!
Step 3 - Start texting
Now with your phone set up, just send a text message to 454545 whenever you want, and we'll send the response right back to your phone (it's just like texting your friends!) Here's a quick list of some of the common requests you can text:
BAL - Current and available balances for a primary account you designate
LAST - The last five transactions in your primary account.
BAL ALL - Current and available balances for all your checking and savings accounts
Send keywords to 454545
BAL = Primary account balance
BAL ALL = All account balances
BAL CHK = Checking account balances
BAL SAV = Saving account balances
LAST = Last 5 transactions
STOP = Deactivate service
HELP = Help on keywords

Locate ATMs Via iPHONE App
Finding a network surcharge-free ATM is a snap with CO-OP's Locator App for iPhone. Using the CO-OP ATM Locator iPhone app, you can find the ATM nearest you, or search for ATMs by specific address, city, state or zip code. Downloading the app is free, easy and there's no registration process. Just search 'CO-OP ATM' in the App Store at www.iTunes.com. Then download, install and go!
Locate ATMs Via Text Messaging
You can also locate a CO-OP surcharge-free ATM via text message. Simply determine your location or area, then text the address, intersection or zip code to 692667 (MYCOOP) 2. You'll receive a very prompt text response with the location of the CO-OP ATM nearest the location you requested. Please remember, do not text and drive!
