AFFCU's Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A call center representative is available to give you information about AFFCU, answer questions about your AFFCU account and perform transaction requests. If you make no choices from the menu of options offered by the auto attendant, your call will automatically go to the Call Center. You WILL speak with a representative during normal business hours.

Get a loan decision the next business day if your application and pay stub are submitted after normal working hours. Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
